With a mind, body & soul approach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals through personal development and motivation to overcome both conscious and subconscious barriers in their lives. My mission is to help people unlock their full potential, overcome challenges, and achieve mental wellness through expert guidance and support.
You should anticipate dedicating a minimum of 24 months to fulfilling your supervision requirements; this isn’t a sprint, but rather a rewarding journey. To successfully complete your supervision, you need to log 100 supervision hours while accumulating 3,000 hours of hands-on work experience.
It’s important to note that any hours or months worked prior to starting your supervision won’t count, so the sooner you embark on this adventure, the better!
As a bonus, there are no longer restrictions on the maximum time allotted for completing supervision.*
For eligibility in this program, you must be employed and working at least 30 hours a week. My program is structured so that you need to attend at least one hour of supervision each month for that month to contribute toward your 24-month timeframe.
If you’re working part-time, you’re welcome to attend 1-3 hours of supervision per month, which may extend your process to 3-5 years. Based on my observations, completing supervision in about 24-30 months tends to lead to the most favorable outcomes.
Throughout my supervision experience, I transitioned from individual to group sessions, and I found tremendous value in the diverse insights that came from our discussions. My program is designed to embrace that group dynamic, offering support and learning from peers.
Do keep in mind that while Texas doesn’t mandate a specific format for individual and group sessions, you should check the requirements of other states if you plan to pursue your LCSW elsewhere.
If you have completed your MSW and desire to become an LCSW in Texas, i’m here to help! As someone who offers online supervision to LMSWs in Texas, I’d love to chat with you about your goals.

Together, we will uncover the root causes of your obstacles. This deep understanding will allow us to identify the unique areas you need support in, setting the foundation for your personalized coaching experience.

Whether through mindfulness practices, time management strategies, or boundary-setting exercises, I will be with you every step of the way, providing guidance and encouragement. This phase is about helping you build resilience and confidence so you can take ownership of your journey. Remember, you don't have to face this alone—together, we will explore new paths and possibilities.
In this final phase, we will translate our insights and skills into actionable steps toward achieving your goals. Together, we will develop a clear and realistic action plan tailored to your aspirations. I am here to help you navigate the complexities of life, providing you with the tools and support needed to thrive. Together, we will pave the way for a brighter, more balanced future.
Once you’ve decided to move forward, we’ll work together to complete a social work supervision agreement and a tailored clinical supervision plan. I’ll also provide you with a template for a letter that needs to be signed by a representative at your workplace, acknowledging your supervision outside the company. There’s no need to submit paperwork to the board until you finish supervision and pass your LCSW exam.
